Ralph Honner Oration - a huge success! 11 September 2009

This year's 2009 Ralph Honner Oration was a great success, raising over $60,000 for the important work of the Kokoda Track Foundation in Papua New Guinea. The board of the Foundation were joined by 300 guests on the evening to help support the Foundation's education, health, and community development programs in PNG.

Bisset Medal for top PNG student 12 August 2009

The Kokoda Track Foundation is delighted to announce the Bisset Medal - to be awarded to our first tertiary scholarship winner in 2010. Named in honour of Stan and Butch Bisset, the first Bisset Medal will be awarded at this year's Ralph Honner Oration Dinner to be held on September 4.

Phase 1 of KTF Seed Nurseries a Success 2 July 2009

The Kokoda Track Foundation is delighted to report that Phase 1 of the Northern Province Food Restoration Program that responded to devastating Cyclone Guba in 2007 has been a great success. The crops grown in our 3 mother nurseries are successfully being distributed throughout the cyclone-ravaged province to help communities restart their food gardens.

Medals for Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels 30 June 2009

The Kokoda Track Foundation welcomes the announcement by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd that the Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels will receive a medal recognising their invaluable service to our Diggers during the WWII Campaign.
